2026 ANNUAL HOA MEETING

The meeting will be held on Saturday October 17, 2026 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Meeting Room.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

The fall newsletter along with a proxy form will be mailed out shortly. If you are not able to attend the meeting please return your completed proxy to any board member prior to the day of the meeting.  We need 30% of homeowners present or by proxy to establish a quorum. If you have any questions, contact any board member.
